Payments can be made through the website through the checkout sections. Alternatively we can take payment via the telephone or by BACS. If you wish to pay via these methods please contact our sales team by telephone on 01782 943435.

Accounts are available for larger users within the UK, these will be organised via our sales and accounts team.

In stock items will be dispatched on the same day on a 24 hour courier service to UK customers if ordered before 1300, Monday to Friday. (Orders made on a Friday will arrive the following Monday)

International deliveries can vary between 2 to 3 days and upwards depending on where they are being sent to across the globe.

If items are out of stock, this will normally take no longer than 5 to 10 days, however this maybe longer and you will be contacted by our sales team with a more accurate time line.

We have some great news if you spend over £150 and you are a UK customer shipping is FREE. Otherwise it is calculated on the volumetric weight of the items and we charge on the most cost effective means.

Some more great news is delivery is also free to EU customers ordering over £500 worth of goods. Just like in the UK if order fall below this value shipping is charge based on the volumetric weight. Customers outside of these areas shipping is charged base on the volumetric weight of your order.
