The SPECTRUM SRHM is a high purity, high capacity, weak acid, cation exchange resin developed for the treatment of potable water. With excellent selectivity for heavy metals and the uptake of alkaline earth metals in a relatively short contact time, the SRHM's removal capabilities also extends to toxic metals, making the resin suitable for the treatment of certain wastewater applications. Typically used in pressure vessels or empty cartridge shells for smaller applications, this resin is not designed for regeneration but has the advantage of softening capabilities achieved without sodium dosing.
